How can I cancel my order?Unfortunately once an order has been finalised we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled due to us always working very hard to ensure that all orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. If you do urgently require a cancellation we suggest contacting us as soon as possible after you placed your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You are more than welcome to return your order once it has been delivered to you.

Can I change my delivery address?If you have placed your order using the incorrect address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee that a change can be made to your order due to us always working very hard to ensure that all orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. If you urgently require an address update we suggest contacting us as soon as possible as soon as the order has been placed so we can try our best to accommodate your request. If you already have an order tracking email from us you may be able to directly contact the courier prior to your delivery being received to request a delivery address change.

Where is my order confirmation email or tracking email?Please be sure to check your junk / spam folder as these emails may have gone directly to this folder. If you think you may have entered the incorrect email address at the checkout, please contact us and we'll be able to update this for you on your order and resend these emails for you.

Where can I find my order number?Your order number is included in the subject line and also within the body of your order confirmation email

When will I receive a tracking number?Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email including your tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder in case it has gone directly there.

Where do you deliver to?We deliver to all locations in the UK and are also happy to deliver to international locations.

Will I be charged duty / tax?All of our prices are inclusive of UK VAT. For UK customers the price that you see on our website is the complete price that you pay and there is no additional duty or tax to be paid. For international customers unfortunately we do not have any control over your local Customs Authority and any fees that are required to be paid to deliver your parcel are in accordance with your country's Import laws. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more info on customs charges for your country.

When will my order be shipped?We aim to dispatch all orders placed before the order cut off within the same business day! Depending on where you are located and the shipping method you select, delivery times will vary. Any orders placed after the cut off time slot, over a weekend or on a public holiday are shipped the following business day.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?UK Customers For customers in the UK we offer two shipping options which you get to choose from at checkout time: Economy shipping by Evri: £4.95 (2 - 3 working days) Priority shipping by UPS: £9.95 (1 - 2 working days) We also offer a flat rate £4 personal delivery service for customers who are lucky enough to live close to our Crosby, Liverpool HQ! Free UK delivery: orders valued at or over £100 are delivered free of charge! International Customers There is a flat rate of £15 for shipping to international locations outside of the UK and delivery typically takes 7 - 10 working days.

Is there a general sizing chart on your website?Bouhut is an online boutique and unlike large clothing outlets, our stock is sourced from various suppliers and designers. Therefore there is no standard sizing chart available on our website, this is so we can offer more bespoke fashion. All sizing is individual and will vary, please see details on the item you are viewing, we endeavour to give you transparency and all the details you need. If in doubt please contact us for any guidance you require for sizing, we're always more than happy to help.

How often do you restock items?We aim for a certain level of exclusivity with the styles that we stock and restocking varies depending on the item demand. We may not always restock items so if you get in contact with our team we will be able to confirm if a particular item is being restocked or not.

Can I hold items in my cart?Please feel free to hold items in your cart and not immediately place an order however the price of any item is not secured until an order is placed.

I placed an order but didn't receive confirmation?Our system sends a order confirmation email to the email address entered at order placement time. You should receive this within minutes of placing your order but if you've not received this email, please check your email spam/junk folder to be sure that it hasn't ended up there.
